Q2: Why is there no sound coming from my headphones? A: Please check if the LED white light on the transmitter stays on. If not, please troubleshoot the following steps: 1) Ensure the transmitter's power adapter is connected to the power supply. 2) Press the transmitter's power on/off button, and the power indicator light should be on, indicating that the transmitter is on. Make sure the headphones are also turned on (in play mode). 3) Ensure the output ports on your TV are plugged in correctly. - The 3.5mm audio cable should be plugged into the 3.5mm audio output port on the back of your TV, not into any RCA input port. - The RCA cable should be plugged into the RCA output port on the back of your TV, not into any RCA input port. - The USB-C Cable should be plugged into the USB audio output port on the back of your TV, not into RCA or 3.5mm audio ports.
